History of The Completion Arch

The Completion Arch was initially conceived by MPR Associates, Inc., an education research firm, in partnership with the College Board Advocacy & Policy Center and launched in 2012. In May 2013, MPR merged with RTI International, after which RTI assumed sole ownership and management of the initiative. In Fall 2014, RTI launched The Completion Arch 2.0, providing new and updated indicators, a redesigned website, and a series of companion research and policy briefs.
